Install overview
- Support the van on stands; chock front wheels.
- Support rear axle; remove lower shock bolts (both sides).
- Lower axle to create clearance and fit helper springs beside the main leaf (per manual).
- Install KONI FSD rear shocks. Re-raise axle and torque all fasteners at ride height.
- Road-test; re-torque after ~100 miles (160 km).
