Install Guide

Follow the kit manual and general safety procedures. Support improves, but GVWR/towing ratings remain unchanged.

Tools

  • Jack + axle stands or lift
  • Socket/torx set
  • Torque wrench
  • Pry bar
  • Eye protection & gloves

Steps (rear axle)

  1. Park level; secure vehicle; lift rear and support the axle.
  2. Remove wheels if access is tight.
  3. Relieve spring load; inspect OE coils and seats.
  4. Fit the inner coil and supplied seats per orientation in the manual.
  5. Hand-tighten hardware, align the inner coil, check clearances.
  6. Torque to spec, road-test and re-torque after ~100 miles.
