RAM ProMaster City Helper Springs — Ride taller, drive safer.
MAD helper springs keep your ProMaster City level and controlled with real payload on board — service vans, delivery, and light camper builds.

Prices in USD. Prices include tax and local import fees; exclude fitting. TÜV approval unless noted.

How it works
A second spring supports the main leaf (rear) or reinforced coils replace the OE fronts. Support ramps up with load — so empty ride stays comfortable.
- Rear: helper springs sit beside the main leaf
- Front: coil swap inside strut assembly
- No compressors, valves, or air lines
What you’ll feel
- Reduced sag with payload
- Less roll in turns & crosswinds
- Sharper steering (front kits)
- More control, less upkeep
Why MAD vs. air
- Predictable spring rate, no leaks
- Simple bolt-on hardware
- TÜV part approval & fitting manual
- Low upkeep — no compressors/lines

FAQ
Will helper springs change my GVWR or towing?
No. They improve support and control but do not alter manufacturer ratings.
Do they affect empty-ride comfort?
Mixed-load (auxiliary) sets feel close to stock when empty. Support ramps up only under load.
Do I need an alignment?
Rear installs typically do not. Front spring installs should be followed by a wheel alignment.
